The UPS Store

Was there to return package to Amazon and decided to purchase 2 books of stamps that cost $13.20 per book everywhere else. Received my Visa bill today and see I was charged $20.00 per book of stamps. $40.00 charge for 2 books of stamps that would be $26.40 everywhere else. I called The UPS Store and was told yes that is what they charge. In that case I should have been informed of this price at time of purchase. I was not told this price nor did I receive a receipt.

This store is always efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I go there a lot for shipping items, doing returns, and getting things notarized because I like their customer service so much.

Ashley is awesome she deserves a raise for how she helped me this morning in more than one way she will never know. I thank you for being so patient with me and I hope this brightens your day and makes you smile. I only ever come to this store because I trust all the women behind the desk so much! Always speedy great customer service. Amazon returns are always fast in-and-out service as well. But, the main reason for this review was Ashley's service, thank you again so much!

Had a great experience at this location the other day. Jodi was so awesome and helpful! I showed up to a line out the door, struggling with a return label, a huge deflated stand up paddleboard with all of the accessories, a giant broken down box, and a three year old. She came out and helped me right away and even took the package inside for me, I never even had to set foot in the store. Much relief for me and great service!
